These terms and conditions govern the provision of website design, development, and related digital services by RTPLabs.co.uk ("we", "us", "our") to our clients ("you", "your"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
Our services
We provide website design, website development, landing pages, graphics, branding support, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to refuse any project that conflicts with our values or legal obligations.
Payments & deposits
Project fees are quoted individually and agreed in writing before work starts. A deposit may be required to begin work. Final payment is due before the website or deliverables are launched or handed over, unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may delay delivery and may incur additional fees.
Revisions, cancellations & refunds
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed in the project scope. Major changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges. If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit may be retained to cover work completed. Refunds are provided at our discretion and only where work has not yet been delivered.
Support after launch
After launch, we provide a short handover period to fix any bugs or issues caused by our work. Ongoing support, maintenance, and hosting are available under separate agreement. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, unauthorised changes, or client-provided content.
